Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gloves (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Hoods & Hat Cover Accessories (personal protective equipment)
  • Footwear (both Men’s Footwear and general Footwear categories)
  • Any customized or specially ordered uniform items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
